  • Premium Shipping: At checkout, customers may choose Premium Shipping for $4.95. This includes added shipment protection. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Lunivé Montreal will cover the cost of your order by offering a replacement or refund.

  • Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are expected to arrive within 6 to 10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
  • Lost Orders: If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  • Premium Secured Shipping: If you selected Premium Secured Shipping at checkout and the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost in transit, Lunivé Montreal will cover the cost of your order by offering a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not covered under Premium Secured Shipping.
