- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

- Premium Secured Shipping: If you selected Premium Secured Shipping at checkout and the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost in transit, Lunivé Montreal will cover the cost of your order by offering a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not covered under Premium Secured Shipping.
